Cluster #3 2026 | Bay Science

The finalised science curriculum is here, and Bay Science has organised a super cluster to get the ball rolling!

Bay Science poster over a coastal landscape, reading Implementing a Future-Focussed Science Curriculum, Nov 9 2026.

Join us for a collaborative hui where we will dive into the finalised science curriculum materials for Phases 1–4 (along with aspects of Phase 5). Together, we will design sequenced units of learning grounded in the unique local contexts of the Bay of Plenty.

Alongside kaiako across all phases, we warmly invite local scientists, and community groups to bring their expertise and experience to the table.

The outputs from the day will be refined into a ready-to-use resource for kura and shared widely via Bay Science.

This event is free, but registration is required.
