The Science Learning Hub – Pokapū Akoranga Pūtaiao is offering a free professional learning opportunity for educators within Aotearoa New Zealand. Spaces are limited, so educators should seek to register as soon as possible.

The course will support participants as they explore various tools and resources towards developing culturally responsive and inclusive pedagogy. Participants can also receive a digital badge and certificate.


This is a 4-week part-time online professional learning course and requires a weekly time commitment of 2-3 hours.


  • Week 1: Monday 26 May, 6:30–7:30 pm (online, live session)


  • Week 2: Tuesday 3 June, 4–5 pm (online, live session)


  • Week 3: Supported self-directed learning activities and forum discussions


  • Week 4: Wednesday 18 June, 4–5 pm (online, live session)
