Mark your calendars because Girls in Infrastructure® is back for 2026, and it’s going to be our biggest year yet!

Girls in Infrastructure 2026 programme flyer showing national tour dates across Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Wellington and Christchurch.

We are heading to five regions across Aotearoa, and we are especially thrilled to bring the programme to Christchurch for the very first time!

Students will get the chance to roll up their sleeves, explore real project sites, try hands-on activities, meet inspiring wāhine shaping Aotearoa’s infrastructure, and discover pathways they may never have considered before.

Grab your chance to get up close with heavy machinery, connect with female industry leaders from infrastructure organisations and education providers, and take part in site visits to see infrastructure in action.

Coming to a city near you:

AUCKLAND | Wednesday 13 May

WAIKATO | Wednesday 3 June

NORTHLAND | Tuesday 9 June

WELLINGTON | Thursday 11 June

CHRISTCHURCH | Wednesday 17 June

If your organisation is interested in supporting the programme or exploring sponsorship opportunities, please contact katrina.smith@infrastructure.org.nz – we would love to hear from you: https://www.girlsininfrastructure.org.nz/
