Te Whatu Stardome is opening its doors to burgeoning stargazers this coming school holiday with a brand new paid opportunity through their Taharangi Hou Youth Internship Programme.

Understanding our place in the universe requires looking at the sky through multiple lenses. This programme bridges the gap between different knowledge systems. It is a fantastic chance for young New Zealanders to see how mātauranga Māori sits right alongside modern astronomical research.
