Kia ora koutou,

Thank you to everyone who came along to the recent open evening — it was awesome to meet you all. We’re excited to begin working with our first cohort on this exciting journey.

As discussed, the first Tauranga Student Space Innovation Hub (TSSIH) session will be held on:

📍 Thursday 30 April 2026

🕠 5:30pm

📌 Tinkd Makerspace, 148 Durham Street, Tauranga

What to bring:

  • A laptop (or something to take notes with)

  • A water bottle

  • Snacks

  • Plenty of curiosity

We encourage parents and caregivers to stay for the first session.

For those who were unable to attend the open evening, presentation slides and resources are available on request.

👉 If you missed the first hui and would like to find out more or join the programme, please get in touch with the organisers (Jim and Tia).

If you know someone who would be interested in this opportunity, feel free to share this with them.

We’re looking forward to seeing you on the 30th of April.
