In case you missed it

With a few weeks to go until the end of Term 4, Tāhūrangi has so far only published three items in their implementation supports library.

For our kaiako readers, we particularly want to draw attention to the third resource: Curriculum Roadshow for Leaders. This isn’t because hundreds of principals boycotted the roadshow events, and it’s not because there was an alternative roadshow. It’s because only principals were invited, yet the post contains a substantial 18 separate PDF documents; including exemplars relevant to the Science Learning Area. Ironically, many of these exemplars relate to work typically done by teachers and HoDs, not principals.

And, gently buried right at the bottom: you’ll also find the slides from the keynote speaker, who might have said a thing or two about how you should arrange the desks and chairs in your classroom.

Anyway, since we're focussed on the Science learning area we wanted to draw your attention to the following accompanying documents which we downloaded from Tāhūrangi on November 11, 2025.

We've taken a look at the implementation supports documents for NZC and TMoA and added them to the Curriculum implementation timeline here.
